May's coffee of the month is Colombian Excelso - Fondo Paez, from Fondo Paez located in the Cuaca region of Colombia. This coffee has has berry and wine notes with a rich creamy body and sweet acidity. A great coffee for any time of the day!
La FEM coffee has a new name - Las Diosas - La FEM. Michael and Helen traveled to Esteli in northern Nicaragua to visit with members of the La FEM cooperative who are also are part of the Centro de Cooperativas, also known as Las Diosas, which means 'The Goddess'.
